Core responsibilities: Meet with client families to listen, guide and arrange meaningful personalized services, at need or pre-planning; works on-call/first call, as needed; conducts and attends services regularly; directs employees to ensure they meet a high standard of professionalism and service level; ensure all files and documentation are timely and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations; utilizes systems to review merchandise options, enter contracts and complete necessary forms; maintains open and effective communication and accurate, up-to-date client files; and participation in community events, groups and/or organizations.

Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Funeral Director/Embalmer preferred; demonstrated willingness to participate in growing market share through community involvement; valid Funeral Director/Embalmer License in Massachusetts; valid state issued driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
