Still, many are uncertain how to handle the unique dynamics surrounding families who have lost loved ones to violent crimes. This session is intended to help funeral directors understand the program offered by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Attorney General's Victim Compensation and Assistance Division and how they can provide vital information that will enhance services and assist survivors in receiving compensation through the program.
