This week we advised funeral directors that tickets for the 2024 Funeral Service Appreciation Night Celebration are sold out. We announced the award recipients for this year's banquet. We informed you about scholarships available for funeral service students and reminded you that MAVRIC will go live soon, and we will host a Zoom session on Nov. 7 at 2 p.m. to help you better prepare it. We also provided links to learn more about MAVRIC training and enrolling for the system; alerted you to updated Workers Comp posters that must be posted in your funeral home.
