This week we reminded members that the popular membership development series Building a Better Business Sessions with return this fall with the program “Will New Forms of Disposition Be Part of Your Business?” Also in this issue, we highlighted the recently launched MassReconnect program, which allows for free community college education (including funeral service programs) for those who meet its qualifications; highlighted a blood drive held by the Manuel Rogers Funeral Home as an example of the community involvement of funeral directors and their staff; reminded members about the 2023 Professional Embalmers seminar on Nov. 16, and announced a small business health insurance seminar on Sept. 6.
