Free Teleconference on New DOL OT Exemption; Will It Apply To You?

On May 18, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued its Final Rule that updated the salary level test for employees of ALL businesses in the U.S. who qualify for the White Collar exemptions. It raises the OT exemption to $47,476 and nearly 4 million workers in the U.S. will be eligible for overtime starting Dec. 1.  Click here for teleconference details and a link to DOL webinars.
