This week, we explained the state regulations regarding where licensed Type 3 Funeral Directors may work. We also presented our second part, on partial payments, of a series focusing on key scenarios to consider when modifying a preneed contract. Finally, we congratulated new licensees sworn in by the Board in Embalming and Funeral Directing at its April meeting, and advised about an upcoming maintenance project on the Bourne Bridge that will impact traffic and cause delays.
