7/29/26 – MFDA News: 7/29/26: In this issue, we introduced Gary Toye as the MFDA president for 2026-27. We also reported on lawmakers action on the state's funeral director/embalmer's license and a special commission to study post-mortem care.  We also shared a column on how a funeral director personally dealt with the overdose death of her mother and her advice to colleagues.
